How to Make my Famous Spaghetti with Ground Beef

  1. Boil water on a pot and add a pinch of Salt. (Water should boil in 5 minutes on high heat.)
  2. Throw the noodles in the boiled water. (6-8 minutes on high heat or 30 minutes on low heat.) When your noodles are ready you want to drain them.
    • Tip: Grab a noodle and throw it to the wall. If it sticks your noodles are ready.
  3. On a pan, add a drizzle of oil and cook your ground beef on medium to low heat. Make sure to add one pouch of Goya Sazon Culantro y Achiote.
  4. When your ground beef is cooked, add the Prego Italian Sauce. (Add as much as you like.) Once you add your sauce add a pouch of Goya Sazon Culantro y Achiote and a pinch or two of Knorr Bouillon Chicken. You also want to add a pinch of Oregano. Stir everything together.
    • Tip: Taste the sauce on your hand or spoon. If it’s to Salty, try adding water, pinch by pinch.
    • Keep in mind I am Mexican and I just eyeball the measurements.
  5. Add the noodles to the sauce and mix it till your sauce is throughout the noodles.
    • Tip: Add your noodles to the sauce in portions. It will make it easier to get the sauce mixed with the noodles. Also make sure you turn off the heat when everything is mixed.
  6. When your spaghetti is done, add the lid to the pot and let the flavor marinate for 5 minutes.
